We do not use AI-generated transcription data for profiling within the meaning of Article 4(4) GDPR. We do not use such transcripts to make automated decisions within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR. Where any AI-powered processing requires consent or another specific legal basis under applicable law, Novakid will obtain or rely on such legal basis accordingly.

We will retain your personal data for so long as it is needed to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy or until you withdraw your consent, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements, further for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims).
